National Rum Day!
It’s National Rum Day on Sunday! Why not celebrate all weekend with this deliciously tropical rum concoction created by our friends at Social Wines (52 West Broadway).
Jungle Bird:
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 1/2 oz Bully Boy Blackstrap Rum
3/4 oz Campari
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Shake it all up with ice until chilled. Strain into rocks glass with one large cube. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
