Kaitlyn Fischer – Loco bar manager and craft cocktail queen – has created the Private Party (in photo)! This concoction is made with:
1.5oz Tito’s vodka
1oz lemon juice
1oz simple syrup
¾ oz peach puree
Splash cran
Splash peach schnapps
Top with club soda
Garnish with a lemon wedge in a Collins glass

Not only are they delicious, but it’s for an amazing local organization – the Ellie Fund! The Ellie Fund is a local non-profit dedicated to providing critical services including nutritional and grocery assistance, transportation to medical appointments, childcare, housekeeping and prepared/deliver meals to breast cancer patients and their families.
