The Return of Coppersmith – Once Again!
Just in time for the warmer weather
Due to delays in construction scheduling once again, Coppersmith – the beloved South Boston restaurant knows for it’s amazing rooftop bar – has announced it with reopen on May 1st for the summer.
Back in January, the West Third Street bar and restaurant celebrated its final New Year’s Eve with a Vegas-style blowout.
Originally slated to shutter in January of 2020 with the building housing Coppersmith being repurposed as a new development, Coppersmith was able to extend its run after the transition was delayed and now it’s extending the transition once again.
Coppersmith – which first opened in late-2015 – has been a celebrated Southie staple for the past six years most notably known for its rooftop bar, industrial-style interior complete with projection screen TVs and food trucks, as well as for serving the community through its chartable efforts.
