Boston, MA – August 18, 2025 — The wait is over, Southie. The Broadway South Boston is reopening its doors this Monday, August 18th, after a summer-long renovation that ushers in a fresh chapter for this beloved neighborhood staple. While guests may notice that some longtime fan favorites are no longer on the menu, the new lineup promises to deliver flavors that will win over both loyal regulars and first-time visitors.

Among the standouts is the Broadway Hugo Sprits, a refreshing twist inspired by the restaurant’s popular former cocktail, the Persephone. Don’t panic, the CBR, hot & sweet pizza, Caesar Pizza, and Broadway Burger are still available on the menu.

The new menu’s top picks are packed with boldness worth talking about:

• Gnocchi – A vibrant, colorful, and seasonally inspired plate already receiving rave reviews.
• Mortadella Focaccia – A deliciously BIG, unique creation that will bring a “wow” reaction
• Cacio e Pepe Mac & Cheese – A fun spin on a classic favorite, with a pepper punch, that brings it to life
• Fig & Pig Pizza – New pizza addition that blends sweet and savory beautifully with fig jam and prosciutto.
• Chicken Teriyaki Bowl – Making a return with a refreshed presentation and reimagined flavors.
• Broadway Chicken Nachos – A play on our old nachos with a spin that’s perfect for sharing.
• Raw Bar- A new addition to the menu with its own section. The raw bar section serves oysters, shrimp cocktail, Tuna tartar, and more. Broadway will open with $1 oysters every Wednesday all day long!

Opening Hours: The Broadway is open 7 days a week from 4 pm-1 am Monday- Friday and 10 am-1 am Saturday – Sunday for brunch. With lunch hours to begin shortly. Stay up to date via social media.

Located at 726 East Broadway, The Broadway closed on June 30th for renovations to create a warmer, more mature space that reflects the evolving South Boston neighborhood.
