Street Food Meets Seafood: Borrachito x Saltie Girl Collab Drops This Summer

Get ready, Southie—your taste buds are about to take a wild ride. Borrachito Taqueria + Spirits is teaming up with Boston seafood hotspot, Saltie Girl, for a summer-long menu collaboration that brings the bold vibes of Mexico City street food face-to-face with coastal New England flavors.
Each month at Borrachito, the collab will feature one seriously delicious dish – you’re gonna want to mark your calendars:
July: Kick things off with the Charred Octopus Taco—smoky, tender, and packing a flavorful punch.
August: Things heat up with the Tuna Carnitas Tostada—a fresh, crispy bite that screams summer.
September: Close it out with the Cod Torta—a sandwich stacked with flaky cod and bold Mexican flair.
Each creation is only available for a month, so get it before it’s gone!
