On Thursday, Boston Eater reporter that they spotted a listing on Craigslist for a fried seafood chef for a “brand new seafood shack” in South Boston.  This listing also stated this new fish joint would be open the first week in January – which is right around the corner.  

So we are wondering, “where is this new seafood shack going to be?” Could it be the coveted spot at L and East Broadway?  We also heard the old Sauce spot at L and East Fourth Street is under new ownership – maybe it’s going in there.  The possibilities are endless of where this new restaurant might be.  

Boston Eater is making its own guesses with thinking it might be a Long John Silvers.  Good God, we hope not!  Maybe it’s going to be the resurrection of the old Fish Pier or A&A Fisheries.
