Just in time for new years resolutions, a new salad shop is opening on West Broadway! Shredded will open at 246 West Broadway and feature delicious salads and noodle bowls! The new healthy concept restaurant hopes to open its doors by mid to late January.

Here are a couple of items from their menu to be excited about:

“Cowboy Up” Steak Salad with Roasted Flank Steak, Farro, Arugula, Charred Red Onion, Roasted Chick Peas, Blue Cheese Vinaigrette

Sweet Potato Pad Thai with Sweet Potato Noodles, Carrots, Chopped Egg, Scallions, Cilantro, Bean Sprouts, and topped with Toasted crushed peanuts
