BOSTON, July 5, 2023–SAVRTM will open at The St. Regis Residences, Boston on Thursday, July 13th where it will bring a new American bistro to Boston’s Seaport Waterfront. Led by Managing Partner David Doyle and featuring Executive Chef Danny Levesque, the restaurant offers premium cuts of steaks, fresh local seafood, handmade pasta dishes and creative comfort classics. Molded in Doyle’s vision, SAVR harkens back to the owner-operator restaurant era, and he will personally welcome guests and oversee the quality, hospitality and service that diners experience. At the same time, Levesque’s menu will offer a whimsical twist and a modern look at classic comfort foods.
The two-story space seats 300, sits directly on the water and will feature a 1st floor central bar as well as spectacular waterfront deck seating adjacent to the Harborwalk. At the top of a majestic staircase, guests will find a more intimate bar along with additional dining and seasonal wrap-around deck. There will also be a 16-person private room and adjacent terrace overlooking Boston Harbor. Residents have their own private access to the restaurant as a VIP amenity.

Appetizers will be deliberately sharable and distinctive. Some of the standouts include the Lobster Scallop Potstickers, the crispy Old Bay Fried Oysters, and the Hamachi Tartare. A selection of gourmet sandwiches and burgers and entrée salads with a tasteful selection of proteins offer lighter options. A custom wood-fired grill presents a focal point for many signature dishes such as the Heritage Pork Chop with Dijon Glaze, Charred Broccolini and Apple Butter, Lamb Rib Chops, Ratatouille and Red Wine, along with a Seared Bay of Fundy Salmon with Wood Fired Asparagus.
There will also be Prime Rib available, Lemon Ricotta Ravioli as well as Pan Roasted Local Cod with English Peas, Sugar Snaps and Herbs. The wine list selections will include old and new world classics that complement any palate and an exquisite coravin and reserve list will elevate the experience. The expertly curated cocktail program will be a signature staple of the brand which will be both thoughtful and inspired.
Doyle’s leadership and passion have been honed for more than 30 years, where he most recently held the title of Regional Director of Rebel Restaurants where he oversaw several locations for Temazcal Tequila Cantina and Tony C’s Sport Bar and Grill. Prior to that, Doyle was with the celebrated Smith & Wollensky brand which helped him finesse his experience in fine dining and service. SAVR will be a proprietary hands-on operation by Irish-born Doyle, grounded in decades of hospitality experience at every level. Boston-native Levesque was most recently the executive chef at Abe & Louie’s and has also cooked for several Boston dining institutions, including Davio’s and Upstairs at the Pudding.
