Perseverance on another planet

Celebrate the launch of NASA’s Mars rover, Perseverance, with Picnic on Mars on Friday, July 31st 4:30pm-7:30pm. This outdoor event in the Seaport will feature complimentary space-inspired picnic kits complete with an oversized planet Mars blanket, astronaut ice cream, NASA activity sheets, and more. A lucky few will have an extra surprise in their picnic kit from b8ta, either an AstroReality NASA AR Notebook or a Thero Magic Mug insulated with the same material used at the International Space Station.

Guests will also be treated to a special live musical performance by multi-instrumentalist and singer, and Berklee College of Music student, Zoe Sparks. There are plenty of options for takeout to enjoy at your picnic close by. Picnic on Mars will take place on Seaport Common and is free and open to the public. Picnic kits will be available on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last.
