Mirisola’s officially closed for good.
Local favorite will become an apartment
If you’ve driven by the corner of L + 8th – the home of Mirisola’s – you’ve probably noticed the wildly popular Italian spot has not been open. Thanks to the pandemic, Mirisola’s decided to close its doors back in 2020.
As much as we were hopeful for Mirisola’s to reopen, the news we suspected for a while was confirmed on Tuesday at a ZBA meeting.
The Zoning Board of Appeal approved plans to convert the closed restaurant at into an apartment. After 20 year in business – the owner decided it was time for a change. The new 1600 square foot apartment will have three bedrooms.
Mirisola’s – you will be missed.
