This February, Publico Street Bistro & Garden will celebrate it’s fifth birthday with a month-long celebration of food, festivities and fun.   Inspired by the Latin phrase “pro bono public” or “for the good of the people,” Publico Street Bistro & Garden opened its doors in 2018 and has since earned an award-winning reputation for its globally-inspired cuisine from Executive Chef Joel Howard,  vibrant cocktail program, neighborhood-centric vibe and creative pop up concepts within its interior atrium space.

“5555” Menu + Publico Cafe Special

In honor of the five year milestone, Publico will treat guests to a month long “5555” menu featuring five of its most beloved street food inspired snacks, each priced at $5.00, available at the bar five days a week from 4pm-6pm.  Menu items will include the Hot Dawg (Kayem hot dog,  crispy bacon, pineapple salsa, lime mayo, cilantro,) Arancini (truffle mayo, parmesan,) Salt & Pepper Yucca Fries (salsa verde,) Zucchini Chips (Panko fried, cucumber Greek yogurt) and locally sourced Oysters (5).    Additionally, Publico Café, open every Friday from 11am – 3pm, will offer a month long celebratory special in the form of a bottomless cup of hot or iced coffee & bag of house-made donuts with Nutella for $5.00.

Parties + Events

Throughout the month of February, Publico will be hosting several special events, including a Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony watch party in The Lodge on Friday, February 5^th and will be screening all major sporting events throughout the month on the Lodge’s multiple projection screens and TV’s.  On Sunday,  February 27^th, Publico will host its official five year birthday bash featuring complimentary bites, themed cocktails and some special treats for guests and neighbors.

Monthly Menus, To Go Specials + Palindrome Date Specials

Publico will continue to offer it’s regular monthly menu specials and take out offerings including it’s weekly “3 for $38.00” menu where guests can enjoy a three course pre fixe menu from Chef Joel. Additionally, in honor of the multiple palindrome dates throughout the month, Publico will feature a special “2 for $22.00” option on both Wednesday, Feb. 2^nd (2/2/22) and Tuesday, February 22^nd (2/22/22,) where guests can choose either a starter or dessert and entrée for the thematic price of $22.00.

Super Bowl To-Go Special

In anticipation of the Big Game, Publico’s Lodge Tailgate Platter is available for To-Go/pick up and can be ordered up until game day.  This party size offering features 4 half hot dawgs, 8 arancini, pretzel bites, white flatbread pizza and 2 pulled pork grilled cheese sandwiches for $95.00.

Family Style Takeout/To Go Specials

Chef Joel Howard is also offering family style takeout specials that are available Monday – Sunday beginning at 4pm. These specials include:

Zucchini chips, 2 pizzas and a salad – $49.00 (Little Gem or Caesar)

Meatballs, 2 pizzas, salad – $49.00 (Little Gem or Caesar)

Bolognese and Caesar for 4 – $80.00
