It’s officially summer so let’s celebrate and head to paradise. But if Maui isn’t exactly in your future, we’ve rounded up Southie’s best tiki drinks and hula-loving hot spots just for you. Leis, grass skirts, and those fun little drink umbrellas are totally optional – but highly encouraged.  Here’s our guide of where to get tiki drinks in Southie!

Tiki Sundays at Drink
Southie native Barbara Lynch has created a long-standing tradition at her creative cocktail bar, Drink. The trendy Fort Point spot transforms into a Tiki Lounge on the first Sunday of every month, complete with tropical sips and island-inspired snacks.

Rum Punch Friday Lunch at Loco
As if Summer Fridays could get any sweeter, Loco promises to open early each Friday at 11:30 for rum punches and tropical treats all summer long.

The Tiki Menu at Blue Dragon
Fort Point’s Blue Dragon knows how to tiki. With drink menu staples like the Dragon Bowl, the Gypsy Curse, and the Hurricane, you can always count on them for some serious island vibes all year round.

Fat Baby
One of Southie’s newest hot spots, Fat Baby has a whole cocktail menu full of them from the classic mai tai to sake sangria! Fat Baby also has a late night menu featuring food and drinks until 12:30am – 7 nights a week! Yes!

The Broadway
Sit in the open garage doors at The Broadway and let all of Southie know you like to sip on Tiki drinks! Featuring the Island Time and La Pina with ghost tequila for a spicy version, these two tiki drinks will hit the spot!

Committee
This Seaport gem features a creative cocktail menu with drinks like Tropic Like It’s Hot made with 13 Flor de Caña white rum, papaya, coconut, lime.  Committee also serves up  large format cocktails to share with friends like the Fountain of Youth with vodka, cassis, Aperol, papaya, vanilla, lemon, bottle of bubbles and  Zeus’ Juice 110 Don Julio Blanco, Montenegro amaro, pineapple syrup, lemon, orange bitters!  Yum!
