Eat Well!
The good folks of The Foodery know we are busy people on the go but it doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice healthy and delicious meals for convenience. Since September of 2011, this South Boston based food service company has been delivering healthy meals to doors all over Boston. Two long-time best buddies from college- John Bauer and Mike Speights, began when they both left their jobs to follow their passion “for eating food that will impact human health and environmental sustainability in a much-needed way.”
How does it work?
- Order by midnight on Thursdays. Choose at least 4 meals, No commitments or sign-ups. Create an account to make reordering a breeze.
- They deliver to Downtown and the Greater Boston Area. Meals arrive chilled between 6pm-9pm Sunday. Must be present to receive and refrigerate. Get a text when the driver is close.
- Enjoy calorie-controlled meals made with the purest ingredients. We are passionate about using 100% organic produce, grass-fed and wild-caught proteins and complex carbohydrates.

The Foodery is currently trying to raise some funds on Kickstarter to open a new kitchen and expand their business. Their goal is $100,000 in less than a month and the funds will go towards industrial kitchen equipment for batch production. They will also be using the money for education and food awareness with the launch of their second tour of “Sustainable Plate” workshops and keynote presentations.
