BOSTON, MA (July 23, 2025) – Earls Kitchen + Bar, the beloved restaurant and bar, will open its third Massachusetts location at Seaport West within Commonwealth Pier – lauded as a vibrant, multi-use waterfront destination that inspires exploration and connection – in Boston’s Seaport District. Located steps from the future 10 World Trade, Earls Seaport is slated to open in early-2027 creating a perfect trifecta with its ever-popular existing locations. The brand first established its roots in Boston with the debut of Earls at Assembly Row in Somerville in 2014, furthering that commitment with the opening of Earls at the Shops at the Prudential Center in the Back Bay in 2017.

Earls Seaport will materialize between Seaport Boulevard and Congress Street, encompassing 9,800 square feet and featuring an expansive three-season enclosed patio in addition to an al fresco dining space open during warmer months. Taking inspiration from historic Boston, Earls Seaport will meld tradition and charm with fresh and modern twists. The location will be anchored by a lively bar located in the center of the restaurant, lending itself to different social and dining experiences throughout the space. Deep ivy green paneled walls will be adorned with creations commissioned by local artists, while jewel-toned fabrics and mosaic tiled floors add warmth and dimension.
