Dalia Expands Offerings with Weekend Brunch and Leopard Lounge, Intimate New Downstairs Cocktail & Dining Lounge

BOSTON, MA (July 24, 2026) – Following its rapid rise as one of Boston’s most sought-after reservations, Dalia — the Spanish-inspired wood-fired restaurant from Chef Nicholas Dixon and Broadway Restaurant Group — is expanding its offerings this summer with the launch of weekend brunch service and the debut of an intimate downstairs cocktail and dining lounge, introducing two distinct new ways to experience the South Boston restaurant.

Beginning July 25th, guests can enjoy Dalia from morning through late night, with a vibrant Spanish-inspired brunch offered every Saturday and Sunday. In the evenings, Dalia expands its dinner experience with a new downstairs lounge, adding a late-night destination for dinner and cocktails to the city. The new menu offerings are still powered by the restaurant’s signature live-fire cooking and lively atmosphere, establishing Dalia as an all-day destination.

Weekend Brunch:

Available every Saturday and Sunday, Dalia’s brunch menu showcases Chef Dixon’s Spanish-inspired take on daytime dining, featuring savory and sweet offerings, including Spanish-style tortillas, bocadillos, and Spanish sweets.

Menu highlights include a selection of tortillas – egg omelettes served with crisp green salad with flavors including the Tortilla Americana with potato, onions, and Mahón and Tortilla Verde with spinach, peppers, onions and goat cheese; Migas Dalia, a hearty dish of Spanish chorizo, guanciale, house-baked bread, piparra peppers, and eggs; Huevos Estrellados with crispy potato chips, jamón, fried egg aioli, and salsa brava; and a Duck Confit Hash featuring peppers, onions, confit potatoes, poached egg, and salsa verde.

Guests can also enjoy a selection of sandwiches from the dinner menu, including the Bikini, a pressed sandwich with ham, comté, and truffle; and Hamburguesitas made with Wagyu beef, oxtail marmalade, Mahón cheese, quick pickles, and aioli. For sweet offerings, the menu features Torrija, Spain’s version of French toast, prepared with milk bread, dulce de leche, macerated berries, and crème anglaise, alongside Churros served with rum bananas, dark chocolate, and whipped cream.

Leopard Lounge, New Downstairs Cocktail and Dining Lounge:

Located beneath Dalia’s acclaimed dining room, the new space introduces a more intimate, late-night approach to the restaurant’s Spanish-inspired hospitality, offering exclusive cocktails, lounge seating, and a dedicated menu within a transportive new setting. Leopard Lounge was conceived as its own experience: a refined, design-forward room where guests can settle in for dinner, cocktails, or a later evening out while still rooted in the culinary standards and atmosphere that have defined Dalia since opening.

Designed by award-winning Assembly Design Studio, who also designed Dalia’s dining room, Leopard Lounge offers 75 additional seats spread across intimate booths, lounge areas and bar seating. The design blends timeless Spanish-inspired details with contemporary warmth, featuring velvet banquettes and plush seating, vintage style framed mirrors and warm light fixtures, layered drapery, and bold palm motif wallpaper. The result is an intimate, inviting space equally suited for cocktails, dining, or a later night out.

Guests will be able to enjoy dinner service downstairs nightly, including a focused menu of Dalia signature dishes. Leopard Lounge transitions into one of the city’s few elevated late-night dining and cocktail experiences, offering a lively yet sophisticated nightlife option, while maintaining the warmth and polish of a restaurant experience.

Weekend brunch will be served every Saturday and Sunday from 10am-2pm, beginning July 25th. The downstairs lounge is open Thursday – Saturday 5pm-1am, with reservations available through SevenRooms.
