Starting at 11:00AM and available until 3:00PM on the weekend, guests can indulge in the carefully crafted brunch menu available all weekend long featuring starters such as Sweet Potato Donut Holes with graham cracker dust and Fluff crema ($8), Hangover Tots with chorizo, marjoram and white peppercorn gravy ($8) or Double-Smoked Chicharones with Arepa and mango mojo ($10).
