On Thursday, the Boston Business Journal announced the Best Place to Work and low and behold Southie’s very own Loco Taqueria and Oyster Bar made the list! There are 80 honorees that make up the list. Loco makes the list in the extra-small category – 20-49 employees.

We continue in our pursuit to hire a team that loves South Boston as much as we do, focusing on employees that live nearby and are invested in our commitment to this community. We could not be more proud of their efforts, day in and day out, to create an amazing place for our neighbors and for their peers to push the limits of what a workplace can be. Remember, if you are not having fun here, we are doing it wrong,” said Mike Shaw, owner of Loco.
