Celebrate your next birthday, anniversary, or night out with friends with one of Capo’s custom cakes by Pastry Chef Kate Holowchik and team. Guests can now enjoy one of Chef Kate’s custom creations as a post-meal delight at Capo or go-to to impress at your next fête.
Chef Kate’s hand-designed cakes come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and flavors, all of which are entirely customizable. From classic Vanilla and Chocolate to Red Velvet, Carrot, Hummingbird, and the ever-popular Funfetti, there’s a cake flavor being baked up for everyone at Capo. The wide variety of frosting choices are sure to appease any sugar-lover, with traditional favorites like chocolate, vanilla, and cream cheese, to unique options including lemon, peppermint, orange, caramel, and mocha. Those looking to kick it up a notch can even select a custom alcohol-infused frosting combo. Crunchies and fillings are also available, including chocolate cookie crumb and delicate fruit preserves.
Chef Kate Holowchik is the newest addition to the culinary teams at both Capo Restaurant and Lincoln Tavern & Restaurant and is known for her work at acclaimed Boston restaurants, including Wink & Nod, Yvonne’s, and The Townshend. Chef Kate was named one of Zagat Boston’s 30 Under 30 in 2014 and is a proud StarChefs Vitamix Challenged Champion.
