Babbo Pizzeria kicks off rosé season!

Chef Mario LaPosta and his team invite you to kick off summer – but most importantly, rosé season! On Thursday, June 21st, Babbo Pizzeria celebrates all things summer with a multi-course rosé wine dinner. Starting at 6:30 p.m., the evening will include a tasting of four different courses along with pairings of Babbo’s favorite Italian rosatos.

Tickets are $65 and are available for purchase here!

First Course:
Yellowfin Tuna Crudo with Wild Arugula, Chili Oil, Breadcrumbs
Wine: Bastianich Refosco 2016

Second Course:
“Caprese” Salad with Fried Green Tomatoes, Wolf Meadow Stracciatella, 12 yr. Aceto Balsamico
Wine: Cantina Bolzano ‘Pischl’ Lagrein 2017

Third Course: 
Lobster Pizza with Arugula, Fra Diavola Aioli
Wine: Antoniolo ‘Bricco Lorella’ Nebbiolo 2017


Summer Squash Pizza with Squash Blossoms, Coppa, Mozzarella di Bufala
Wine: Bisson ‘Portofino’ Ciliegiolo 2016

Fourth Course:
Panna Cotta with Frutta di Bosco
Wine: Elio Perrone ‘Bigaro’ Moscato/Brachetto 2017
