Award winning Pig Beach will be Popping Up at PKL for 5 Days This Week
Listen up, BBQ lovers! For five days only, June 5- June 9th, PKL will welcome the award-winning BBQ concept Pig Beach from legendary NYC restaurateur Rob Schwager and fellow BBQ pitmasters Matt Abdoo and Shane McBride.
The menu will feature some Pig Beach classics like baby back ribs, smoked chicken wings, pulled pork shoulder, beef brisket, and an array of delicious sides.
