Another Fort Point Favorite Says Goodbye: Pastoral ARTisan Pizza Is Closing

Another neighborhood staple is saying goodbye in Fort Point. Pastoral ARTisan Pizza + Kitchen + Bar, known for its wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas and cozy vibes, is closing its doors.
According to our friends at Boston Restaurant Talk, the restaurant will close after service today. The news was shared by Kobie Ali, who posted on Facebook about the bittersweet final day, encouraging fans to stop by for one last slice.
Pastoral first opened back in 2013 and quickly became a go-to for pizza lovers, offering classic Neapolitan pies alongside pasta dishes and Italian- and Mediterranean-inspired plates. Over the years, it carved out a loyal following in the Fort Point neighborhood and beyond.
Pastoral is located at 345 Congress Street. Consider this your sign to swing by, grab a slice, and toast a spot that’s been part of the neighborhood dining scene for more than a decade. Friday is the last day!
