A festival of food and drink sounds right up our alley! America’s Test Kitchen, which produces wildly popular cooking shows for public television, the magazine Cook’s Illustrated, in addition to numerous cookbooks, has moved to the Seaport’s Innovation and Design Building on Dry Dock Ave in a 55,000 square foot space with four state of the art kitchens! To celebrate – they’re having a festival!
A food festival is the perfect way to test out their new kitchens (I mean that’s what they do)! And it’s not just any festival of food, but a festival that features local celebrity chefs like Jody Adams from Trade, Matt Jennings from Townsman, Michael Schlow from Doretta Tavern, and the sister team of Carla and Christine from Nebo – to name a few. Over 40 restaurants will be serving up dishes paired with wine and cocktails! There will also be cooking demos and book signings.
