Local artist, Mark Grundig created a mural on the side of Loco’s building on West Broadway. Filled with images of hope and happiness from photos taken at Loco over the last five years, the collage spells out the words “Things Will Get Better.”
“We figured Southie needed a pick-me-up. We had our friend and artist Mark Grundig come out and put together a very unique new piece that hopefully will make the amazing neighbors and community members in Southie smile,” said Mike Shaw, owner of Loco.
Well, Mike, mission accomplished.
