New to the Neighborhood: Higher Ground Fitness

Southie, get ready to take your workouts to the next level! Escape to Higher Ground Fitness
Higher Ground Fitness is officially opening not one door but two doors in South Boston, bringing a fresh, high-energy fitness experience to the neighborhood. Known for their low-impact, high-intensity training style, Higher Ground focuses on 45-minute total-body workouts designed to challenge all fitness levels on a reformer.
From the HGF website: HGF is where cardio meets strength, where every transition keeps your heart racing, and where low impact doesn’t mean low energy. In our classes, you’ll experience a full-body workout like no other. Controlled movements keep your muscles under tension while our rapid-fire transitions spike your heart rate, delivering a cardio blast that builds strength, endurance, and flexibility.
To celebrate the South Boston locations, Higher Ground is hosting a Grand Opening Party on Friday, April 11th, from 6 pm to 8:30pm at 600 East Broadway! Stop by and ‘get to know’ the new machine, enjoy refreshments and light bites from Loco, plus a giveaway of a 5-pack of classes, exclusive merch, and membership packages.
Higher Ground Fitness studios are located at 600 East Broadway – 103 Emerson Street.
New Southie schedule posts on April 7th so you can register for classes!
