Trick or Treating on Broadway

Beware of little ghosts and goblins (and their parents) roaming the streets in search for Halloween candy.  East and West Broadway will be filled with trick-or-treaters on Friday, October 30th from 4pm-6pm picking up candy from local businesses and residences.  So be warned! This event is free and is hosted by the members of the South Boston Chamber of Commerce. A special pedestrian traffic flow has been requested.  If you are starting on West Broadway going toward East Broadway, walk on the odd-numbered (southern) side of the street. If you are starting on East Broadway heading to West Broadway, walk on the even-numbered (northern) side of the street.

Scary-oke at Fat Baby

Karaoke is back at Fat Baby on Friday, October 30th! Unleash your inner performer starting at 9:30pm. Stop by for dinner and drinks to work up some courage before you hit the stage! There is a prize for best costume and performance so bring your A-game! Secure your spot here!

To Kill a Mockingbird at the Huntington Theatre

Looking for Saturday night plans? Head to the Huntington Theatre for its production of To Kill a Mockingbird. Adapted for the stage from Harper Lee’s classic novel, this powerful story tackles racism and injustice in 1930s Alabama. With a talented cast and impressive set design, this is one performance worth seeing. It also has Boo Radley, who is kind of Halloween-ish. Grab your tickets while you still can.
