Get Moving: Fitness Deals in South Boston

Studio 78
Looking to switch up your workout routine? Studio 78 on K Street offers a mix of classes to get you moving. Be sure to check out their latest Labor Day Deals!
Format
This barre, strength, and HIIT studio, Format, is offering new members their first 3 classes for $30.
F45 Southie
F45 Southie on Old Colony Ave. combines HIIT, circuit training, and strength work into 45-minute team workouts. New members and local residents can grab three classes for $30.
Backyard
One of Fort Point’s newest fitness spots, Backyard combines strength, mobility, and conditioning classes with open gym time, saunas, and cold plunges. New clients can try a full week of unlimited classes for just $25.
MYSTRYDE
MYSTRYDE on Summer Street offers everything from treadmill-based workouts and strength training to HIIT, mobility, and recovery classes. This September, check out their events and promotions, including a special Flow + Recover class in Southie on September 13th. Looking for a deal? MYSTRYDE also offers Community Classes for just $18, or $8 for active members. And if you’re new to MyStryde you can enjoy two weeks of unlimited classes for just $59.

B/SPOKE
Located on Old Colony Ave., B/SPOKE offers ride, strength, yoga, sculpt, and Pilates across four studio rooms. New clients can get five classes for $50, and if you complete all five, you’ll earn a $25 account credit to keep the workouts going.
Mass Underground
Located at K and First Streets, Mass Underground is an old-school-style gym with modern equipment, barrel saunas, and a cold plunge. Book a tour of the new Southie location and get a complimentary trial workout while you’re there.
Higher Ground Fitness

EverybodyFights
Located at the Ray Flynn Marine Park, EverybodyFights offers boxing, strength, cycle, and yoga classes, plus recovery amenities. New members can try their first class for $15 or grab a five-class pack for $50.
True Fitness
If you’re looking for a traditional gym setup, True Fitness on A Street has free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. First-time local residents can grab a free trial gym pass to check it out.
East Side Yoga + Fitness
