Irish music and Irish dance! City Councilor Ed Flynn wants to invited you to his St. Patrick’s Day Celebration on Thursday, March 14th from 6pm-9pm at JJ Foley’s! Featuring Irish pub food, live music by Fenian and Sons, and the Peggy Wood’s School of Irish Dance. Suggested contribution: $50~ $75 ~ $100 ~ $250 ~ $500 You can contribute here!
Ship ahoy! USS Jason Dunham will be docking at the Flynn Cruiseport on the afternoon of Thursday, March 14th. Public tours will be available on Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. There will be a mass at Our Lady of Good Voyage on Saturday at 3pm. The sailors will be participating in the parade and will be included as part of the Evacuation Day Banquet on Friday March 15th at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. Cocktail Hour begins at 5PM with dinner being served at 7PM. Curragh’s Fancy will performing and Southie residents Bob “Red” O’Shea, Corey Morrissey and Ellen McDonough will be honored with awards for their community service!
Corned beef and cabbage just like Nana used to make. The Seapoint is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day on the 16th serving the traditional meal of Irish immigrants – corned beef and cabbage. The nearly 40 year old family run South Boston business will also be featuring live Irish music all day. The fun begins at 11am! They will be closed parade day!
Roza Lyons will be open for business all weekend long – including Parade Day! They’ll be serving up traditional corned beef and cabbage all weekend long with plenty of Guinness to quench your thirst!
Lincoln (425 West Broadway) will be open at 10am on parade day with a limited menu. On Saturday, March 16th there will be plenty of St. Patrick’s Day celebrations from brunch through dinner – including specialty cocktails and food!
Dorchester Brewing Company will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day as the Irish intended -with a full day of drinking great beer! They’re expanding our capacity to fit everyone IN who wants IN, so plenty of room for all! We’ll have fresh beer, live music, traditional food and more! ALL DAY: Beer Release. TBD 2-5pm: Live Music from Blue Light Bandits, an independent groove rock band from Worcester. 2pm-8pm: Food from Brato Brewhouse + Kitchen. They’ll be serving up their version of Irish food! Menu will include: Beer Brined Corned Beef: Stout Mustard, Fingerling Potatoes, Carrots, Braised Cabbage, Irish Pork Sausage: Garlic Mustard, Crispy Leeks, Irish Cheddar Grilled Cheese: Whiskey Glazed Onions, Rosemary Sourdough. Loco Taqueria and Oyster Bar will also be open on March 17th at 10am with a limited menu. $20 cover. On March 16th, Loco will be getting into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit with a Mexican twist!
Capo is going full St. Patrick’s Day celebration! Tickets are NOW ON SALE for St. Patrick’s Day in The Supper Club at Capo on Sunday, March 17th from 12pm – 6pm. Enjoy live music by Joshua Tree: a Premier U2 Cover Band. These tickets will sell out quickly, so act fast! Tickets are $40 and can be purchase here! Must be 21+ with valid ID. No exceptions!
On parade day, Publico will be opening for brunch from10am-3pm and featuring corned beef hash. From 3pm-5pm they’ll be serving their mid-day snacks menu and closing at 5pm. Be on the lookout for St. Pat’s specialty cocktails!
Backyard Betty’s will be opening on parade day at 9am for a day of St. Patrick’s Day fun! A special limited menu will be featured in addition to specialty drinks!
Fat Baby will open for parade day at 10am. Enjoy drink and food specials all day! $20 cover. Fat Baby will open for normal hours at 5pm on Saturday, March 16th.
The Playwright is also fired up for St. Patrick’s Day and will be celebrating all weekend long food + drink and live entertainment through Sunday.
Coppersmith is feeling Irish! Enjoy their last and biggest St. Patricks Day Bash on Friday March 15th starting at 2pm! Complimentary appetizers, live entertainment, free swag & more!
