Chef Fermine Torres of Venezia Restaurant is back at it! We’re going to be pairing 5 of his homemade raviolis with 5 of our wines! Raviolis are to include:

1. Ricotta and Nutmeg

2. Butternut Squash with a brown butter sage sauce drizzled with truffle oil

3. Proscuitto and Pizzele

4. Short rib stuffed with a mushroom sauce

5. Walnut and Pear stuffed with a gorgonzola sauce

Each wine is paired with a specific ravioli and while the pairing is taking place will be discussed as well as how we make our wines!
