Let’s make some fresh pasta! Join Gabby as we walk through the basics of making pasta from scratch during this in-person class at Cannonball Cafe. We’ll transform the most basic ingredients, flour and eggs, into incredible tagliatelle through guided kneading, rolling, and cutting techniques. Everything you need will be provided and you’ll leave with one pound of fresh, handmade pasta, which is four servings (depending on who you talk to) to enjoy that evening, or freeze for up to one month!
