New Year’s Eve at Joe’s on Newbury

To start, there’s oysters Rockefeller with spinach, hollandaise and breadcrumbs ($24) as well as a goat cheese tart with artichoke, fennel and herb salad ($16). The entrées include a petite filet mignon with whipped potatoes, asparagus and mushroom demi-glace ($38) and a Maine lobster risotto with mascarpone and parmesan ($42). For dessert, double down with profiteroles with chocolate ganache and vanilla bean ice cream ($15) and a chocolate trifle with brownie crumble, whipped cream and bourbon chocolate sauce ($15).
