Seven Hills Pasta Co. founder Giulio Caperchi and Chef Avery Perry will accompany you in mastering the basics of making pasta at home. Explore different types of flour, learn tips and tricks and craft your own pasta to take home to enjoy with friends and family. In this class we will go over time-tested egg dough recipes, introduce you to different cuts of pasta from angel hair to pappardelle, and make sure you leave the evening with the confidence to master pasta making at home. And of course, we will taste our creations and pair them with some beautiful Italian wines.
