Evening for Elaine M. Connolly

On September 9, 2018, Elaine Connolly, a resident of Weymouth, originally from Dorchester, and adopted daughter of South Boston, passed away from metastatic kidney cancer. In an effort to work through their grief, honor Elaine and her spirit, and help others suffering from this disease, her family has partnered with the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center to establish the Elaine M. Connolly Kidney Cancer Fund. Money raised through this foundation will be directed toward expanding kidney cancer research, providing additional patient services, and raising awareness of a disease that affects 75,000 Americans annually.

The Friends of Elaine Connolly are hosting the Inaugural Evening for the Elaine M. Connolly Kidney Cancer Fund to benefit the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center Thursday, November 14, from 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. at Granite Links. The event will feature music, a live and silent auction, and comedic entertainment from Tony V, Christine Hurley, and Will Noonan.
