19-Piece Compaq Big Band w/ Vocalist Renee Dupuis at City Winery’s ‘Boston’s Big Band Christmas’

The Boston Pops’ Christmas concerts and ‘The Nutcracker’ ballet are timeless New England seasonal classics, but five years ago the Compaq Big Band started a new tradition with ‘Boston’s Big Band Christmas’ at the fabulous City Winery – and they sold out well in advance! After a most unwelcome hiatus courtesy of the pandemic, they made a triumphant return in 2022 – sold out one show, and a second evening was then added by popular demand. Their 2023 holiday show was an absolute hit there, too.

For December 2024, by popular demand they’re trying something new – *TWO* shows at City Winery in *ONE* day! The afternoon matinee show runs 3:00pm-4:30pm (Doors Open 1:00pm), and the evening show runs 7:30pm-9:00pm (Doors Open 5:30pm). They will have the same vocalist, ticket pricing, and program for both performances.
