Just when we thought Starbucks battle was over and done, a new chance is resurfacing for the trendy coffee chain to open at 749 East Broadway!  According to the Boston Globe, Starbucks has appealed the Boston Licensing Board’s decision to deny a common victualers license earlier this month.  Starbucks asked for another hearing to obtain the needed license and guess what?  The board voted to hold another hearing.  No date has been set.
