Project Description

The project proposed a single building comprised of 455,050 gsf lab/office/R&D development located at 232 A Street on G8 parcel of 100 Acres PDA plus waterfront park on adjacent G7 parcel along Ft. Point Channel. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Proposed project and the potential impacts before the Proponent files their Project Notification Form (“PNF”).
