Residents on Athens Street Displaced after building facade collapses

The sky is falling, Henny Penny
Some South Boston residents had to leave their home on Athens Street on Sunday afternoon after the brick facade of the building fell to the ground.
Luckily no one was hurt. The City of Boston’s ISD was on scene to investigate. According to one resident, BFD removed a section of the backyard fence so some residents can now entered and exit through the back of the building.
Something very similar happened on M Street a few years back. Watch out!
