311 Report of the Day: Is sidewalk chalk graffiti?
Someone wasn’t happy with this sidewalk chalk display at O and East Seventh in South Boston on Tuesday evening. So much so, they took a photo and reported it to 311 as graffiti.
Hmmmm….nothing a little rain via Mother Nature or a nearby garden hose couldn’t take care of.
