Why are we redesigning this? Like South Bay, you can put nice buildings/condos in but the crap around it still makes is undesirable. South Bay in its new form is still a sh*thole.

It all started with the Tall Ships and FORCED BUSSING and went to hell since then.Southie used to be the best place to live, now I wouldn’t give you two cents for it.
