New to the Neighborhood: Playa Bowls on West Broadway
In the ever-changing landscape of eating and drinking spots in the neighborhood, there is a new one on the horizon!
Playa Bowls is one step closer to taking over the space of the old T-Mobile store at 471 West Broadway. According to Universal Hub, the city’s Zoning Board of Appeal approved the plans on Tuesday. The new shop still needs to seek a food-serving license from the Boston Licensing Board.
Playa Bowls serves acai, pitaya, and coconut bowls, plus smoothies
This will be the chains third location in Boston but the first one not near a college campus…which tells us a lot about our new demographics!
