Celebrate Cinco de Mayo by drinking margaritas and chowing down on chips and guacamole. Cinco de Mayo (for those of you who flunked high school Spanish) is on May 5th.  Here are some local neighborhood businesses that are celebrating! Check back as this list will be updated as needed! 

Loco is Cinco de Mayo Central

Loco is celebrating Cinco de Mayo with 5 days of fun starting May 1st! Visit their Instagram to see all the things happening, including oysters, giveaways, taco eating contest, live music, food and drink specials, and more!  Loco also has a catering menu for Cinco, just in case you’re celebrating at home! Those who are looking to get their Cinco celebration on as early as possible can raise a glass starting at 11:00am at Yellow Door Taqueria’s 3 locations – South End, Lower Mills + Mission Hill.  Enjoy taco and cocktail specials throughout the entire weekend!  Special details and a $200 YDT CINCO GIVEAWAY announcement is coming soon too!

Lawn on D Cinco de Mayo with Viva Seltzer, Corona & Pacifico

It’s a #VivaFiesta at the Lawn on D! Viva Tequila Seltzer welcomes guests to join them for a night of fun in celebration of Cinco De Mayo starting at 5pm! Come to The Lawn to play some lawn games (bucket-sized pong, cornhole, JENGA, Kan Jam), compete in a chipping challenge (5:00 pm – 8:00 pm) against pro golfer, Megan Khang, and do some Viva sampling (21+)! Be sure to grab a photo at our photo booth (5:00 pm – 10:00 pm) and tag @vivaseltzer on Instagram! Corona and Pacifico are sponsoring a Mariachi band “Mariachi Estrellas de Boston”.
