All yuppie activities at all the yuppie establishments that have invaded the Old South Boston that I grew up in.

And FYI, the Seaport as you yuppies love to call it is actually known as the Fish Pier by us old Southie people.

That’s when Jimmy’s Harbor side and the Grotto and the Pier Grill were the only places to go back then. The worst thing that ever happened to Southie was when the tall ships first come into Castle Island. That attracted all you yuppies to come in and when you seen how beautiful Southie was you pulled out the check books that mother and father gave you and bought the whole damn town. Now us original Southie people can’t afford to live there anymore.

But you will never know the Southie we knew or have the Southie we had.
