It’s the 70th Anniversary of D-Day and the USS Constitution is making a turn-around on Friday, June 6th around 10:30am. There will be a ship to shore salute at Castle Island. Plan on being at Castle Island at 10am for parking purposes and find a spot to watch!

Looking for some good old-fashioned family fun? The MOMS Club of South Boston will be hosting a Southie Family Fun Day on Saturday, June 7th from 11am – 4pm at Marine Park. There will be bouncy houses, DJ Jim, Toe Jam Puppet Band, Simon Says, Fourth Presbyterian Children’s Theatre, The Woods School of Irish Dance and a demonstration by Ultimate Self Defense. Also on deck, face painting, arts and crafts, & more! This event is free and open to the public.
