Eat:
Having a backyard cookout for the Fourth?  Foodie’s can help you with when it comes to the meat you’re grilling – they are the local experts.  From hot dogs to hamburgers, to their delicious sides,  Foodie’s has everything from fresh produce to desserts on hand to make your get together perfect!

Drink:
Celebrate America with Country Fest at Coppersmith!  Country 102.5 will be on hand with the music and Corona will be there with the beer!  There will also be a corn hole tournament, a special BBQ menu and the chance to win tickets to Kenny Chesney! This fun event takes place at the Airdeck at Coppersmith on Sunday, July 3rd beginning at 11am and going all day!

See:
The USS Mesa Verde will be a part of the Independence Day celebrations with Harborfest 2016!  Be on the lookout for the San Antonio-Class amphibious transport dock – named in honor of Mesa Verde National Park in Southwestern Colorado – on Friday, July 1st near Castle Island around 9:30am.   On the morning of Saturday, July 2nd, the Mesa Verde will be participating in two wreath laying ceremonies.  You can also board the Mesa Verde from North Jetty (26-98 Fid Kennedy Ave, Boston, MA 02210) – 12-5pm Saturday and Sunday!

Watch:
Happy Birthday America!  Watch the Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular!  The fun begins at 7pm on WBZ Channel 4.   At 8pm Keith Lockhart will take center stage along with the Boston Pops Orchestra featuring a performances by Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas, Little Big Town,  10:30 the fireworks begin!  God Bless America!  Heading to the Esplanade? Celebrate:
Celebrate America’s Independence at Harborfest!  From July 1st thru July 4th, enjoy family fun events like boat tours, scavenger hunts, walking tours food, fun and more.  Over 200 events are happening in the city and on the harbor.   Mayor Marty Walsh will kick-off the celebration on Friday, July 1st at 12pm at Faneuil Hall. Lyft – the ride sharing app – announced Wednesday that when you select “Ghost Mode,” it will allow riders to request a pickup in the souped up hearse featured in the movie coming out this month. “Ghost Mode” will available in the Boston on Friday and Saturday between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. If you go “Ghost Mode,” please send us a picture. Flow:
Namaste at the ICA! Join PopUpAsana and some of your favorite Boston yoga teachers for an all-levels yoga class on the ICA’s beautiful deck overlooking the Boston waterfront. Classes will be held every Sunday in July and August from 9 to 10 AM (see dates and teachers below). Workout:
The Boston Athletic Club has some new moves to keep you in shape!  On Friday, July 1st Group Power & Fight will feature their new releases.  This means new moves, new music, and new choreography to keep your workout working!   Sweet!

Here are some gyms that will be closed this weekend; Peter Welch’s Gym, C2 Fitness, East Side Yoga and Fitness, Regan’sMotivate Fitness will be open Saturday and Sunday but no classes and closed for the Fourth.  Enjoy!
