Eat:
Brunch is the hipper sister of breakfast and the weekend is the perfect time to indulge in an omelette and big mimosa.  Amrhein’s boasts one of the most popular all you can eat buffet brunches.  Served Sundays from 10am-2pm, their brunch features an omelet station, Belgian waffles, and mini-chicken potpies.  Cost is $19.95 per person and reservations are recommended. 

Drink:
Social Wines weekly beer tasting will feature feature Berkshire Brewing, along with some gin from Berkshire Mountain Distillers and meads from Saphouse. Stop by between 6pm-8pm for a taste. 

Play:
Ollie Beach Bash!  Pack up the family and head to the L (Curley Rec. Center M Street side) for a night of family fun!  Featuring games, raffles prizes, music, dancing and food, this event happens on Thursday July 19th at 7pm.  Perfect for kids ages 10 and OVER!

Run:
On your mark.  Get set.  Go! Lace up your running sneakers and register for the Jim Kane Sugar Bowl 5K.  Celebrating it’s 25th Anniversary, this road race is a local favorite for not only it’s flat course along the water but for the party after the race too. The L Street Running Club who organizes this race announced a new course this year as well as vendor expo, more awards and raffles, baggage check and free parking.  The race takes on Thursday, July 19th at 6:30 pm and begins at Carson Place.  Registration is $30.  Commemorative 25th Anniversary Tech Shirt to the first 1000 to register.  For more information or to register online visit: http://www.lstreet.org/

Reserve:
Groovy! Revisit the 70’s at Local 149’s 70’s Dinner Party on Monday July 23rd at 7pm.  Inspired by the decade of bell bottoms, free love, and the best music ever, this event will feature food and cocktails that celebrate the 1970’s.  Expect a 1970’s sound track, door prizes and decor!  70’s attire is encouraged! Grand Prize for the best outfit (two tickets to the Allman Brother band at the pavilion, VIP seats & VIP parking). Tickets are $55 each or $100 for two tickets. Watch:
