Excel high school artist in residence Amy Raymond has brought live musical theater back to the high school students after a 13 year hiatus. Room13 Boston is a non profit community partner that “Empowers students through art and design education.”

This weekend Amy and nearly 45 students from the high school will put on the musical “Little shop of Horrors,” not only the first play production in 13 years but the first musical in a number of years no staff at the school can remember.

Students have been rehearsing since February and are ready for their theatrical debut this THURSDAY and FRIDAY evening at 6:30 pm. General admission is $5 and $3 for school students.

Get out for a fun (and cheap!) night of theater and support the arts at Excel High School!
