Eat/Sip/Shop:
Get ready to eat, sip, and shop amidst 100 local merchants, artists, restaurants and organizations along East Broadway from L to I streets featuring the Best of South Boston at the South Boston Street Festival!  There will also be live entertainment, plenty of kids activities, surprises and more!  Don’t forget to support the South Boston Public Library too!  They’ll be having a book sale! The fun takes place on Saturday, September 17th from 11am-4pm! See you there!

Drink:
Southie’s Fort Point neighborhood has a new craft beer store and we hear it’s one of the region’s best!  Craft Beer Cellar features exclusively craft beer – no wine, no scratch tickets, not booze, just 1400 square feet of craft beer!  They have tastings on Thursdays and Fridays at 5pm.  Stop by and check em out!  They are located at 34 Farnsworth Street.

Workout:
Spin and sculpt at Regan’s Motivated Fitness!  If you’re in the mood for a fun class that mixes the perfect blend of cardio, core, and strength, then this class is for you!  Spin’N’Sculpt takes place on Saturdays at 9am with the one and only (and CIS fav) Thomas Regan!  This one hour class starts with a 15 minute session warm up on the bike – then jump off for a great upper body with lots of lifting of light weights! Think high rep and short recovery for long, lean muscles!  Jump back on the bike for cardio and then jump off for core and abs!  Can we tell you, this class flies by and  there’s nothing better than getting your Saturday workout out of the way with the rest of your weekend to do as you please! Beach Brunch Fit:
Brunches of Boston and Ana Alarcon of Ana Goes Fit present the first ever BEACH Brunch Fit! That’s right, we’re taking you to the beach for an intense workout followed by a catered brunch provided by Stats Bar + Grille. Brunch Fit is part of Brunches of Boston signature events series providing both a fitness experience and brunch to attendees. Sweat it out with a 45-minute outdoor workout, a mix of plyos and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Flow:
Flow for free! East Side Yoga and Fitness is celebrating the South Boston Street Festival with a FREE Community Vinyasa Flow Class led by Joanna Rosenberg! This class will be limited to 25 people and you must register online. The class will take place on Saturday, September 17th from 1pm-1:45pm. Date Night:

Sing:
Fourth Presbyterian Church (340 Dorchester Street) hosts its annual Gospel Night concert Saturday, September 17th, at 7:15pm. Guest performers include Charles St. AME Choir, St Monica’s Spanish Praise Team, the Bullock Sisters Fourth Church Singers. Featuring a variety of Gospel styles, we dare you not to sign along with the spirited music!  Food will be served after the concert from their new ministry partner, CLIMA  (Centro Latino Integrado Massachusetts). Tickets are $10.  All proceeds support the community programs of Fourth Church!

Watch:
The Pats face the Dolphins this Sunday, September 18th at 1pm.  Wondering where to watch?
